Here is some info
While we're still waiting for the studio to make it official, home video industry sources from up in Canada are informing us that Anchor Bay has set a TENTATIVE date for Fear the Walking Dead - The Complete 1st Season: Special Edition on DVD and Blu-ray Disc for March 22nd. This is still at the "rumor" stage for now, though. However, we felt confident enough to pass this along to our readers because the thumbnail artwork you see above and to the right was also provided to our industry sources. Again, though, this is NOT FINAL ART, and could change!

will the UK get a special edition too ? @eonedirect :woot: i hope so :):):)

Looks good but it will probably be region locked. Hopefully it will get a release in the UK too!
The US and canada (and sometimes germany) always get great releases while australia misses out most of the time or get inferior releases. I import most of my limited or collector sets which kinda sucks because of the conversion and shipping rates but at least im able to get them!

Yeah it's the same here, we get some good releases but nowhere near as many as the US/ Canada. I would normally import this but with the region locking it's a no go for me unfortunatly. There's always a chance it may get released elsewhere but as you say it might only be for the US like a lot of limited editions are.:(

Kind of a bummer for this "Special Edition". I was expecting more or at least come with a statue or something like TWD Specials. If this is all we're getting than ill have to add it to my collection, I skipped the first release waiting for something better.
