The Flash Gordon 4K Limited edition includes a Blu-ray disc but is the Documentary Life after Flash

Yes its same new transfer
Studiocanal gave Arrow Video distribution rights for USA market

Studiocanal dont sell their releases themselves in USA they licence out to other distributors
Scream Factory have distributed most times their restorations previously
