That seems a bit pointless.

I think it makes sense indeed to emboss the upper half only, because he's "in front of" red logo/shield.

I still have one of these Collector's Editions sealed and i'm not quite shure if i should sell it or keep it for myself..

I think thats impossible. A lot of stores over here like media-dealer, mediamarkt and even CeDe canceled a lot of orders because Sony didn't shipped them enough copys. This happened to me with media-dealer and I emailed with them yesterday the whole day . Luckily a friend of mine ordered 2 over amazon and will pass me one copy at the end of the month.

Its too bad they didnt gloss this one, but still looks nice. Much better with a title than without.

Its a nice looking steel. I am hoping they release the spiderman trilogy steelbook (which was part of a similar set that this steel was originally bundled with) as it looked pretty nice
