I think that's just temporary artwork for the standard edition. It looks like a slipcover to me.

Obviously a temporary artwork,
I can't imagine a steelbook with "30ème anniversaire" written on it
and regarding previous releases from Sony Pictures I think it will be the same in every country...

The German version appears to be the only one worldwide with the title on the front and spine, although they seem to have drained all the colour except green from the inside art.
