theyre so full of themselves its embarassing.. so far they only released subpar items nobody gives a f**k about and they have the nerve to do this trailer with epic music and all LOL
what tho? its merely a template for future releases..
but granted, its a much better package without the sh1tty plastic case.. but im sure theyll find ways to ruin it regardless
at least they appear to have listened to the criticism and reinvented themselves a little.. got to give them that
Yeah, I just mean the package as a whole... looks a lot better than their previous one, and I like the inclusion of a stand rather than some other random junk they sometimes included.
Fair play. They've taken the endless criticism on the boxes and designed something new.
I think we need to see it irl.

...did make me laugh that they chose to use that quote though lol.
The packaging isn't the main issue though? It's the laughable artwork they put on the steelbooks that's the biggest problem with their releases

If they fix their choice of artworks for the Steelbooks I could be intrigued for the right movie.
They are. They confirmed that a few weeks back. But their Instagram post is saying its made from card now. I'm expecting something similar in quality to arrow.

So the box is going to have a flap, probably not magnetic, as there's a strap thingy.
Then there's a steelbook, shown debossed, underneath 2 flat things, which I assume will be a couple of artcards, then a stand for the steel, which is cool, if it's made out of clear plexiglass, maybe with colored bottom, different for each release, and finally their stupid $1 pin didn't go anywhere...

I wish they'd release World's First CONfidence Blu-ray, I'd then immediately turn into ToC fanatic, and will ***** them out on every corner, but I bet they won't.
They might do Mystic River.
Then there's House of 1000 Corpses, Identity, Monster, Bad Santa, American Wedding (American Pie 3).
I'd buy Out of Time with Denzel, Runaway Jury with Gene Hackman, Hunted with Benicio del Toro, Basic with Travolta, Wonderland with Val Kilmer...

I don't think we will get Last Samurai cos there isn't a 4k of it sadly and I think they only do 4k releases. But I would be all over that if that was the case. When was Troy~? 2004 dammit although also no 4k.
Would love for it to be any of these... Kill Bill, Oldboy, Mystic River, Lost in Translation
