I have two words for you 'Kill Bill'.... that is a double bill that plays as a single film and they put them on separate disks in the steelbook, no?? So your point is mute my friend :cigar: I'm sorry but putting them on separate disks makes a whole lot of sense! :wacky:

I'm afraid you're wrong. Kill Bill is two separate films, the two films being released more than 6 months apart. Grindhouse is its own entity and is one film

To buy or not to buy...
I do like a steelbook & this looks good but I already have the blu-ray amray version.

Other than not owning it in a steelbook version, is there any reason why I should get this?
If you really have to ask then there's no point discussing this any further! :naughty::naughty:

Then I bow to your superior knowledge on the subject squire, I didn't realise 6 months was the official cut off point for two films being classed as separate releases, I figured Vol 1 & 2 indicated that it was two parts of the movie released separately. I apologise  I'll get back to something important now.

I don't know about superior knowledge, I thought it was common knowledge, but apology accepted.

I think that's just because of the european distribution. Here in Italy (and probably Germany too) Death Proof came out in theaters for first, on late spring 2007, then Planet Terror came later at the end of the summer

Guess I'll have to get this cuz it's one of my top zomb films of all time, and some of Double-R's best work. Love it. Not to mention awesome performances all around, and I love the scene where el Ray get some steel in his hands and goes crazy getting warmed up. MEAN. MEAN. MEAN A$$ ZOMBIE FLICK!
