Rockstar has finally announced Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for the PSP. After getting rave reviews if not the best ever on the Nintendo DS, and then just not selling when released, Rockstar has finally brought home GTA to its beginning, a Sony Computer Entertainment Product. Don’t fret about the visuals of a ported DS game to PSP, as they are updating the visuals and stretching the picture to fit the PSP’s bigger screen. Rockstar is also advancing the lighting textures and animations to make the game flow better than ever before. And no this isn’t a straight port with just updated visuals, Rockstar will also be adding multiple add-on story missions for the PSP release. GTA: CW will be available as a download on the PSP’s PSN store, and also as a UMD disc in stores on October 20th 2009. Enjoy some screenshots below!
