Hopefully I finally found my swap out disc. There is 'apparently' a disc release from Thailand (found on Ebay) that states English dub plus English subtitles. But I can't confirm that 100% until my copy arrives in a couple of weeks.
The steelbook copy is definitely 'not' English friendly though.

Interesting, appears Target has this for preorder, wouldn't have expected that, it's not a steelbook, but for the states guessing it will have some kind of english, if one wanted to buy and put into the steelbook, probably too much for me to hope a steel comes to the states....
