i am totally P****d off!

Had Lenti B in my cart and as i was going to pay it went out of stock, so do the same with Lenti A and the same thing happens again!
The worst thing was i had originally had the zavvi one pre-ordered and when the group buy for this one was announced i joined the Group buy straight away and cancelled the zavvi steel thinking i had secured a copy. Then yesterday i find out i didnt make the final group buy, no fault of the group buy host, i blame Nova!
All i wanted was just the one copy that i was going to open and watch to go with the rest of my collection, now it looks like FleaBay it is to get ripped off

Sorry for the long rant but thats how annoyed i am!

It's always in doubt if you don't checkout quick enough, just the way it is, I think Kimchi does the same thing too. I missed out on the Lenti after it would not refresh quick enough, I decided I don't want the full slip. I'm going to wait for Blufans to get around to releasing this, with better artwork hopefully, it could be a long time but I'd rather wait, this was the same steelbook today anyway but with some nice goodies.

There was a problem they mentioned to me on facebook as it had spend $8000 and get 1 point which resulted in no one getting reward points with this purchase so they said they will fix but fixing it is not removing all references to reward points its nowhere to be seen now on the website

I had 3 points not used with expiry date end of 2015 they better sort this

Speaking about points: zavvi said their points system is broken and they are not going to credit people for orders placed while points system was down. Shame really as I spent a lot with them recently.

One thing that sucks is not knowing what might have gone wrong for those who didn't get the order through.
I have never gotten a 'order cancelled' email at the exact moment my paypal order is kicked back. I literally have zero idea what went wrong.

I all my dry runs when ever I went off the paypal screen it said Order cancelled.

I hit the pay button in Paypal, and that is when I got sent back to Nova. Bad timing? I'm not all pissed, just curious as to what happened, so it won't happen again. Didn't happen to me on Kimchi I.M.

Yeh basically bad timing by the sounds of it.

If something happens during the paypal page and you get sent back it will send a Order cancelled out of process.
