I got my copy today, it finally made it to the US. I want to open it so so bad just to watch the movie again, but I need it for my sealed collection :/

My slip went straight in the recycling bin too.

I've never kept any J-cards. They come off with the shrinkwrap and that's the last I see of them.

Provided you give them updated card details within a reasonable time period (I think within 48 hours of them emailing you about the problem), then they still honour the order. Otherwise, they'll cancel it. It happened to me on some Disney steels earlier this year when the release date was put back beyond the expiry date of the card I had used when pre-ordering.
