With this been made available later online for sale
I hope for Zavvi has kept a replacement copy for my damaged Steelbook
They gave me a returns authorisation and said will refund me
I clearly told them I only will accept a replacement and not a refund and I'm not returning anything until I have confirmation of a replacment is sent

Zavvi will face serious action from me if I don't get a replacment sent to me with stock to be sold on the website from 12am meaning they have available stock

Their customer service can expect hell if they don't

I think you're better off just not ordering from zavvi anymore.

I think you missed the part where that was an obvious joke, unless I'm missing your sarcasm.

According to the sale thread the GotG Steelbook will only be available to purchase if you purchase the dancing Groot figurine too.

With contact us on Zavvi I notice it depends on who is repying to your message as some are good at customer service and some are not

All they need to do is not bother to reply until they've all sold out again (assuming they sell out of it quickly tomorrow) and then they can say "oh sorry, we've sold out again there really is no stock now" and there will be nothing you can do about it.

Last time I dealt with their customer service it took 3 tries just to get a simple refund processed correctly, I've never had them get anything right first time, so clearly I've only ever dealt with their 'not good' customer service staff.

I have before pushed a problem with Zavvi before by sticking to my requests
It ended up with me getting a call from Zavvi Manager and free Steelbook that was Aladdin
They have stock so I will get it
It's just a matter of me keep pushing for correct response

There is always stock Available even when it's sold out
As they do keep stock at head office

I think he got no. 86 of 90.
The slips and the trading card numbers all match up, and they are matched up to the GB list.
You are no. 04 on the list, so you will be getting card and slip no. 04 of 90.

How was the list put together out of interest - I was post 11 to sign up and I'm pretty sure I paid straight away, but ended up with number 73
