It's the same as many Asian Companies and Film Arena for example, there is some Asian retailers that Blufans (or FA) accept to sell them more copies, Usually the sellers that the Manufacturer accept to sell them more copies(Blufans, Nova, Film Arena) tend not to advertise that they have so many copies, but some put the listing for the amount of copies they have, some keep it more discrete.
