It looks like the standard copy of the game by itself ($59.99) also includes both the Steelbook as well as the $10 rewards coupon.

Good luck to anyone trying to get this Steelbook today. Just went through about 20 copies at my local Best Buy and they were ALL dented. Just had to pick the least damaged of the bunch.
Got mine today from Amazon here in UK. Gorgeous Steelbook and as far as I can tell no dents or scratches!
