Reason for the long delay between volumes 3 and 4 was that we had a choice between releasing the old master of The Revenge of Frankenstein last year or waiting for Sony's new 4K restoration to be finished.

The Revenge of Frankenstein New 4K restoration from Sony
This alone is reason to get this box set

And with them now having rights to the whole Hammer back catalogue from studio canal some interesting times ahead
Powerhouse will have access to some of the hammer films from Studiocanal not all of them.
Which hammer films Studiocanal giving to powerhouse not known yet.

Hammer Films/Studiocanal new deal means Studiocanal are the global distributor for all of hammer films catalouge.
Studiocanal will also handle the marketing rights to the films catalouge.
Over 200 films involved

Studiocanal will licence out some of the hammer titles to other labels in some countries but will be doing lot of the releases themselves in UK/France/GermanyAustralia.

Powerhouse Films is one of the labels who will be given some of the films
Likely the films powerhouse will be getting is films Studiocanal don't want to do themselves.

The previous lionsgate releases for example Curse of Frankenstein/Dracula/Mummy distribution is now with Studiocanal

You can expect these previous Lionsgate releases will be re-released by Studiocanal themselves

Hopefully Studiocanal will do more steelbook releases also
