Revenge should be interesting as it's in a poor state and needs serious restoration.
It will be a lot better than Mill Creek Entertainment release

Mill Creek don't spend money on restoration of films or do new extras that's why some of their blu-ray releases are not the best of back catalog films but on a positive note they do provide releases not previously available on Blu-ray

Fabulous have to know of the dire state of Frankenstein. Most of their masters have been supplied but excellent masters at that. Don't know if they have done any actual restoration themselves the way Arrow do.

Indicator (Powerhouse Films) do new extras from scratch and if required new encoding of the films

The attention to the new extras they provide is what makes these releases special

This is reply to question about Hammer Volume 4 posted by Indicator 5 days ago on facebook
These are the most demanding projects in the entire Indicator catalogue (because of all the research into multiple versions, creating virtually all the extras from scratch, etc.), so the team needs a few months between them. But volume 4 is definitely happening.

Fine but that Frankenstein film is a serious problem. The current master is in a very very bad state.

As to how much of an improvement it will be we just going to have to wait and see

The columbia UK DVD disc I have is lot better than mill creek blu-ray release that shows you mill creek pay no attention to remastering or encoding and they pay no attention whatsoever to providing new extras

Mill creek hammer double bill releases on Blu-ray are $8.99 that price alone shows they don't bother providing any effort in the releases
It's good to see them doing the releases but best to wait and order the Indicator releases

On a extra note Scream Factory have plans to do lot of hammer films releases next year

Hammer films doing new extras is what makes the releases special and it's bonus if a film is remastered
