What are HMV like with pre-orders like this one from Arrow?

I missed pre-ordering the next John Woo release (The Killer) from Arrow themselves and have pre-ordered with HMV. Are they likely to have stick and are they reliable to send it out in the release date?

I just wondered what people's experiences were with the release of Hard Boiled? Thank you!

Excellent. Never had a problem in all the years I've been using them. Packing is really good, much better than Amazon. They always use Royal Mail for deliveries. When ordering Arrow UK releases I prefer to order from HMV as no delivery charge on anything over £20 and Arrow charge a flat £4.95 UK postage. Every time I got a £5 rewards credit on the Arrow store it was just deducting the postage costs, so now I use my credits for ordering Arrow US releases from the Arrow site.

Thank you both for your replies! I've thankfully got a dispatch email this morning from HMV so will probably be sticking with them in the future. I also do agree with your point about the points only taking away the P&P, whereas HMV offers free P&P.
Thank you both
