There was and they sent out replacement discs eventually.
Plaion’s Hard Target Ultimate Edition was also released with an audio issue, and they had to send out replacement discs as well.
I emailed them earlier today after seeing this announcement, asking whether the audio issue will be corrected this time, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Replacement 4K for uncut version with corrected audio is missing all subtitles. Plaion is looking into this and will likely release a revised replacement disc at a later date (but presumably before release of the MB).
