According to some comments online, it even has a 116-minute workprint cut of the film (probably in SD).

Many people say it´s the best Van Damme movie, but I think Knock-Off is ways better. Not to forget the Street-Fighter-one
This is correct. It has a hidden extra that plays one of the workprint versions. From a screenshot posted online, it looks like a nth generation VHS copy. Despite that, it seems it's still considered to be one of the best versions available of one of the workprint cuts.
To access it:
Play the Christophe Gans interview in the extras
Press the 'Pop Up Menu' button on your remote
Select 'Accès Contenus Supplémentaires'
The workprint version should be selectable from there, the French subtitles should be removable
I do have this release but haven't yet had time to test accessing this feature. I learned all of this from a certain other blu-ray forum, so credit to them.
