Both Parts 1 and 2 have the lenticular 3D cover slips - very nice. And for a Blu-ray 3D movie, $23 per is not bad at all. Anyone knows if this is truly a US-only exclusive 3D Blu-ray title?

'Exclusive' generally refers to the fact that it is exclusive to a specific retailer within a certain country, or if a certain retailer is allowed to sell it 1st.
