Has anyone ruined a movie for themselves by watching the trailer?

The Dark Knight

When I watched the movie, I just thought I could've enjoyed it more without knowing that the joker would escape, knowing that the batman doesn't run over the joker.

Also, in G.I Joe most of the action scenes are spoiled. I also heard that the Unknown trailer has spoilers written all over it. Now I always avoid trailers.

i find all the trailers these days show WAY too much. Many trailers I watch I think to myself afterwards, "well, no need to see that one"

here is what happened to me......

many years ago, there was a movie coming out called Naked Gun 33 1/3 the one with OJ Simpson in it. Well, they shoed this trailer for over 2 months. was pretty funny. Soooooo, i went to see movie, and i didnt laugh not once, why? cause they showed pretty much the funny stuff in the trailer. I got up and walked out halfway through the movie.
Now I try hard not to watch a trailer for a movie i want to watch more than once, i flip channel on tv if a trailer comes on for something i definetly want to see. lol
