Yes or you can couple them together.

I purchased a 25 foot HDMI 1.4 for less than $14. You can get 50 footers for about $25-30.

Can also get HDMI Baluns and run 2 x Cat 5e cable between them (transmitter and receiver) if you really need to extend back to a cabinet/other TV etc. Seems quite costly though!
