In order to allow for smooth scrolling and loading, on multiple types of devices, we're asking our community to work with us to do the following:
1. Please try and resize your pictures prior to posting them as it helps the loading times for you and your fellow collectors.
2. You might want to consider posting your pics in the dedicated media section found HERE where you will be able to take advantage of the amount of filters, resizing, and other features if you use that interface.
3. Please use spoiler tags when posting more than one picture of the same steelbook.
4. If you receive more than one steelbook, please take a group shot, not a picture from every single steel.
5. If you receive more than a single copy of one steel, post pictures of a SINGLE copy please. If they are for a group buy, then those pictures should be posted in the group buy thread and NOT in this thread.
6. If you wish to show multiple steelbooks from different angles, please use spoiler tags.

Amazing how multiple different orders from different countries all come at once. I was like WOW!!! Haven't even unboxed anything yet. I have no room to put them anywhere.

When my folks arrive for the holidays were going to go to IKEA and shop for some shelving units for the theater. It has to hold at least 1000 steels. I need to have something nice too. Like a hutch for displaying some of them with lighting and another part that will just hold them with the spine facing outward. I only need to display around 50 of the REAL high end steels and the rest of them spine facing out. I have roughly 8 feet of floor and wall space to fit it in width in the back corner of the theater.

Chip you should check out Racks and Stands, they have some media storage solutions that are really nice. I have one that is similar to THIS one. The one I have I found a modification for it online that made it to where it would hold 1300 DVD's or Blu-rays and it's completely filled already.

LOL. I can't afford a new house. :hilarious:

I assume you can drill screws into the back of the rack to secure them to the wall. Would just hate to see something like that fall to the ground with 1000 steels in it. EEK!

Hahaha, I bet people would pay money to see that. Maybe in the next Jackass movie...

:hilarious::hilarious:

That's the idea my friend :joy:

I'm going to slow down a lot now, I almost got everything I was looking for hard to find/rare steelbook-wise :) Only need that Inglourious Bastards with the dog tags now :ohno:

I will say you lucky dog! No wonder Inglourious Basterds is the only one left for you because you certainly wear this label very well my friend! Congratulations on a job well done as a steelbook hunter!!

It's really a matter of how much time you're willing to spend and your budget.

I mean, with unlimited funding, you could build the greatest collection in the world in a matter of weeks. Building a nice collection while being on a tight budget now that's a challenge!

A couple pics I took last night of my newest ones.
