How Many SteelBooks Do You Own? Post pics of collection / last acquired!

This particular thread is to showcase new and recent additions to your collection and showcasing your entire collection.

In order to allow for smooth scrolling and loading, on multiple types of devices, we're asking our community to work with us to do the following:

4. If you receive more than one steelbook, please take a group shot, not a picture from every single steel.

I was 16 when I got the ones that had 4 drivers and two tweeters. The one in the picture with the grill off has 8 drivers and 4 tweeters.

Have been busy with setting up the house with holiday decorations...an awesome friend on this forum sent me these super cool figurines as I am a huge Alien fan...and I thought I'd have some fun 'integrating' them into the holiday village we set up each year. They went wild and started spewing acid while the carolers sang...it seems they're not getting along. I did get some Steels, too, but this pic was way more fun . Happy 'Alien' holidays!

Sorry if I sound like a complete idiot but did you literally spend all day Saturday hunting down these steels? Or were they acquired previously and you just happened to receive them altogether? I am totally amazed by this haul of Hellboy 2, Wolverine and Rambo. Talk about a full day's work - congrats terry!

Yes them Outlaw subs. Heard about them over at HTF but I am a lifelong M&K speakers man myself. But we digressed.

Just spend most of my life thru ebay international putting in bids and seeing what I have won at the end of the week

It's really a matter of how much time you're willing to spend and your budget.

I mean, with unlimited funding, you could build the greatest collection in the world in a matter of weeks. Building a nice collection while being on a tight budget now that's a challenge!

In my experience, those who can start out strong .... do. Then they chill off for a while then just come to a gradual pace of collecting. It's fun for even us seasoned collectors to see new passionate collectors like yourself as its fun to just watch in what order you pick off steels off your pecking order.

I'd say 99% of collectors are on some type of budgeting collecting steels. It's really fun after like a year or two when you look back at your collection and see how big its become. I think we all remember when we only had 5-10 steelbooks.

I don't... my first haul had 14 steels
