I'm quoting myself here: is no one else really bothered by that? Am I misunderstanding something?

Are we really being offered a lenticular on a piece of cardboard on top of the steelbook? A lenticular doesn't "stick" to the steelbook once the shrink wrap is off? It has to be a joke, I have to be misunderstanding, surely.

I don't have Transformers HK but I guess your understanding is correct. I want this steelbook for the artwork and finish, the lenticular is a 'cheap' addition anyway in general whether it's stuck, unstuck or a magnet.

However, if I get this and the it feels cheap and ridiculous, then I wouldn't consider such a thing in future.

I was concerned too, but I think he was trolling

You do understand the lenticular is attached to a full slip cover that the steelbook slides in and out of, right?

Why was wxlinksw talking about glue to make it stick, then?

We can avoid the chinese text on the lenti from this design,if you want stay on,you can use some glue to stick it by youself:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

And he thanked that post, I assume it means that he agrees :

If its the same as HK transformers lenti, it will be a lenticular card (non magnetic) that is put on top of the full slipcover. It is removable and separate to the full slipcover. It is not glued to the slipcover like most lenticular slipcovers.

I'm off to bed Thank you to All who made it Possible for This GB you are Awesome, SO Happy that I was able to get This Little Gem which I will cherish. Thanks for your hard work because I'm sure it must not have been easy. SO much work it must be for all of this to happen. Very Grateful :)

I personally think this release is around $10 too expensive, seeing that it does not include shipping. In my humble opinion, it should have been priced at $45/$50 respectively- before any fees. Objectively speaking, it is more expensive than Kimchi & Blufans (more recently i.e. Frozen) exclusives- the latter usually including WEA. I know HDzeta offers premium quality products, but to be fair the two other retailers do as well. That said, I did know the price before hand- so it wasn't a deal breaker. HDzeta, is still a very young company, so hopefully all these experiences and feedback only make it that much better! On a positive note, the HUBS on this site are superb- many THANKS to those members who are dedicating time to help us out

P.S. If I joined a GB once it re-opened, does that guarantee a copy? Or is that a pseudo waiting list? Thanks!

Hi Chil,

Alex will work on updating the entire list for each version. So if you signed up and there was still space based on the qty available for each, you should be ok. But as always is the case, the group buy leader will keep us posted. Thanks for participating!

Well....zeta's Lawrence of Arabia comes up on ebay at reasonable prices regularly enough. But I think HTTYD will have a larger fanbase so I'm not going to guess what it will sell for once it's released from captivity.

Thanks as always @digitalbabe! I'm not going to lie, I felt a little like fellow member @ricster purchasing both versions- as I usually opt for only one :hilarious:

It does include shipping... To the hub, which you seem to understand in your post. It also includes the HDN group buy fees so it probably was around $45/$50 to start with.

I think this will come out to around $65/$70, when everything is said and done- which I believe to be slightly higher than the value proposition presented. Either way I am extremely grateful to everyone involved, who put this together. The comment on the pricing is just my personal opinion, which I'm sure will be taken into account with the other constructive feedback provided by fellow members. I'm excited to have @digtalbabe as my GB host! I usually have Andy, who has been nothing short of awesome!

Yah it's pricey but it's same as BF. Besides, when they appear on the bay, they will all be over 100 so this is the best bet right here on HDN.

BTW... GROUP BUY FOR QUARTER SLIP IS OPEN RIGHT NOW!

Actually, BOTH GBs are open again at the moment.

It's was either this or Rush Kimchi? Couldn't get both and even though I love animation I'm probably going to pass on this one unfortunately.

I see the thread is back open again so there's still leftover copies to be had....decisions...decisions...

The market disagrees with you and HDZeta's pricing expectations were met with positive reaction. ;)
