Hey kids, I had no idea where to post this but I have very bad insomnia. It's starting to get worse and something that helped before is to watch movies with almost a calming effect, any ideas? Pease helpe out because I'm exhausted, thanks. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I need helpe from movie people, thanks.

Mike, ever tried yoga? I have been practicing for some time now and yes, I sleep a lot better, especially after a session. You might want to give it a try starting with this video:

Hey Mike, maybe consider starting a series?

I would love to but I want something interesting but not completely suck me in, haha. Any thoughts on one?

Unfortunately yoga isn't an option. With all of the surgeries and "add ons" in my body, I'd never be able to do it.

Before anyone can help, you need to know what the under laying cause is. What is your normal night routine? Are you drinking alcohol or caffeinated drinks? Do you have some stress in your life? When you're laying in bed, what are you thinking about?

outside of taking care of personal issues, try out some Valerian Root. It's a natural sleep aid. Or there is Marijuana, you'll have to check your local laws obviously, but some people use it before bed. Just take a couple of tokes and relax into slumber. Of course whenever I've done that I just stay up for another hour or two watching cartoons or something. :p

May I ask what surgeries you have undergone?

Well, you can look for some adapted yoga poses. Or you can simply get into the easy-seating pose, you know, seat and legs crossed one over another and try to medidate before going to bed or anytime during the day.

Blumaster is right, do you know what can be the root cause? Also, you can try taking passion fruit juice before sleeping, it's a great calming effect.
