Plain Archive is excited to announce the release of I Saw The Devil Steelbook. We've been asked by Blue Kino, another Korean Blu-ray company to design the Steelbook edition which will be PLAIN ARCHIVE's exclusive.
We were hoping to release the world's first Steelbook edition of I Saw The Devil, but Zavvi announced its own before we could. The news made us reconsider the project, but with director Kim Jee-woon's support, we couldn't drop it.
I Saw The Devil Steelbook will be released under the approval of director Kim, and we are working on the artwork as we speak.

PA just made the combo pack for convenience. Sometimes they give tiny discount for the combo pack.

Yeah. I'm familiar with ordering from there and how they put together bundles.

All I'm saying is they have this disclaimer saying the combo pack won't coming with an extra slipbox when none of the separate items have mentioned an extra slipbox. I just wanted to make sure that ordering using the Combo wouldn't make me miss out on something that comes in the separate releases. That is all

it's the early hour's here and am seeing a lot of people complaining about zavvi steelbooks ie i saw the devil steelbook but if plain archive did not do this exclusive most of you would buy the zavvi version of this steelbook so why complain come on

Nice update! I wonder why I can't find the group buy thread for this. I want to specify which of the full slips I would like. I assume PET is plastic and Paper is still the sturdy cardboard pack as with other releases.

The Master is not a Steelbook release
They are just offering multi packs of the new releases they have with I saw the Devil the only new Steelbook

For each of the three limited editions (PET full slip box, Paper slip box, PET 1/4 slip) of <I Saw The Devil>, the copies numbered 1~100 will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The rest will be dispatched at RANDOM.

This is due to the small number of staff available for shipping our products. Please understand that our shipment schedule would be delayed under a first come first served policy.

For the keep case limited edition of <The Master>, lower number will be allocated on a first come first served basis as before.
