Plain Archive is excited to announce the release of I Saw The Devil Steelbook. We've been asked by Blue Kino, another Korean Blu-ray company to design the Steelbook edition which will be PLAIN ARCHIVE's exclusive.
We were hoping to release the world's first Steelbook edition of I Saw The Devil, but Zavvi announced its own before we could. The news made us reconsider the project, but with director Kim Jee-woon's support, we couldn't drop it.
I Saw The Devil Steelbook will be released under the approval of director Kim, and we are working on the artwork as we speak.

Me too. But I think they put the English title mainly on the spine of the full slip because there were many people who prefer English movie title on the spine of the steelbook.

PA give us both options like this way

- English title first: Full slip case
- Korean title only: Steelbook

PET if I'm correct is the short abbreviation for:

Poly Ethylene Therephtalate

Which means: PLASTIC ;-)

Plain Archive truly masters the build up of anticipation!

My god what a well thought total design that's smashes others designs easily!

The fact that the slip is red with I Saw the Devil text on the front, see through plastic so the design of the back goes through it to blend to a utmost stunning consensus. It is truly remarkable.

They obviously and intentionly saved the best for last, when it comes to revealing the total artwork.

I salute you design team of Plain Archive!
