Plain Archive is excited to announce the release of I Saw The Devil Steelbook. We've been asked by Blue Kino, another Korean Blu-ray company to design the Steelbook edition which will be PLAIN ARCHIVE's exclusive.
We were hoping to release the world's first Steelbook edition of I Saw The Devil, but Zavvi announced its own before we could. The news made us reconsider the project, but with director Kim Jee-woon's support, we couldn't drop it.
I Saw The Devil Steelbook will be released under the approval of director Kim, and we are working on the artwork as we speak.

As for 'The Master', I thought it's a steel book too, unless they are releasing it as both Keep Case with slip and a steelbook??

Slip in October, Steelbook in uhhh December I believe it is?

What I'm curious about is will they be using the same artwork for both the slip and steels. Would seem from the preview image that Phoenix's character may be getting on the front of the slip while Hoffman will take up the front of the steel. If the slip allows for both pieces to be used I may just go for that and pass on the steel because December's miles away.

I have the Zavvi exclusive, and I love it. I was very impressed with that Steelbook. Brilliant film.

I am for sure in for this! I hope to get all versions: 1/4, full, and Lenti if the have it.

Thank goodness PA is waiting till after the CA frenzy, and our wallets can recover a tiny bit. Also thankful that they aren't making me loose a nights sleep to pre order
