It's not always the case, no. Take Maleficent for instance, the UK release had two discs whereas the Spain release had one.

The Zavvi one is a bit confusing it says in the description that it's a 2 disc edition but the product details says 1 disc. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Zavvi steelbook is 2 discs

Zavvi often list in description 1 disc for lot of releases even though the actual releases are more than 1 disc

Zavvi's is 2 discs (confirmed by them).
