No, it just operates the same way as if you're using a debit/credit card. They'll only take the money once the order is processed for shipping.

They're changing their packaging, so it is possible they might, it will depend on the type of packaging they decide on.. and which is most cost effective for them.

Well, as long as they don't start using incompetent courier company's like Hermes who are known to leave packages in wheelie bins or thrown them over the fence then we should be ok.
