I just prefer standard shipping because their packages are the same.

I have recently heard of a rumor that if you preorder more than a certain number of copies or certain amount the standard shipping is not available and you have to choose the £16.99 one with tracking information.

thats what I asked 2 or so pages ago. I went standard, I assume the packaging is the same in either case, but wonder how long they can keep that up

Did your order form not have a place for State input? Mine didn't and I had to use the second field for Street to put my State in there. I hope that works out.
