To all my HiDefNinja friends on the east coast of the USA, stay safe and dry this weekend!

Sounds like a number of folks in the Southeast are preparing for quite the storm wallop.

Hope everyone in the path of the storm gets through this OK. Especially of course all our ninja friends out there. Our thoughts are with you.

All my town felt the same way this morning.

Strange fact, my grocery store was sold out of tall boy PBR and Coors Light cubes.

Plenty of my favorite beers though... :naughty:

I got back from the store, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Couldn't find D batteries for nothing.

I should have picked up some more beer. Knew I was forgetting something. Life is too short too drink PBR and Coors Light :hilarious:

Hey guys just a quick note to let you know we're still here thanks for all pms. All roads closed and all rivers and streams have flooded some predicted to 39 feet way beyond level...similar to Floyd which caused havoc here in 99. Power out . May not be on much over next day but wanted to quickly chime in and say thank you for your concern. We're dry and as prepared as we can be Catch you all soon:) stay safe!db

13ft of water in surrounding towns in NJ-yikes....

That is nuts. I guess it all mattered exactly where you were located. My parents live in NJ, and they didn't even lose power once and didn't have any local flooding problems. They live in Hunterdon County.

Hey Darc-yeah Hunterdon Co was not bad-I have a coworker that owns a few properties out there. Central, North Jersey and areas along the shore, were slammed, unfortunately. Glad you're parents are ok! One of my colleague's son's recorded this video-and example of what some of the hardest hit towns look like &sns

Thanks DB. I hope you, your family and friends are ok and hanging in there. That is a ton of water in that video.
