I ordered both Iron Man 1 and 2 from Zavvi so far in case I miss ordering from Best Buy Canada since it will probably only be in stock for a day or less. Of course the same is true for Zavvi as well but I might as well get it while I can.

My advice would be to use twitter, as they always announce it the very first second the steelbook is live for pre-order. Yeah, you get alerts for things you don't even care about, but since I use twitter notifications I've never missed a steelbook (90% of them with a 10% discount)

Damn, I don't actually use any social media anymore. Decided to give it all up last year. I'll just have to guess when IM3 4k comes out haha.

You can sign up for email newsletters. I usually get new release steelbooks via email. Unless you also gave up your emails.

When you put a steelbook in your basket, does a green box not pop up saying 'you've qualified for free shipping on steelbooks'?

And £9.99 sounds very expensive anyway. Where is BKK?

BKK is Bangkok same with me shipping for 1 steelbook or 10 steelbooks to Bahrain is GBP 9.99 regardless
so Iron Man 2 for 1 copy will cost me GBP 36.99 quite expensive.

The more I look at this the more i’m leaning towards cancelling. The front art is just “ok”, the rear (and spine) don’t match the border on the front.... the border on the front is STILL the original IM3 WWA which they’ve just slapped an IM2 poster over the top of

It just screams rush job. C’mon MCU, we deserve better than this.

Yes, if truth be told, not wild about the image - or at least prefer the image used for IM 1 . . . but as it's from an official poster can't really grumble and the change of tack by the designers to not just have Iron Man by himself on the front is interesting and maybe about time . . . with all previous IM 2 steelbooks (UK) looking very similar.

Now, I wouldn't normally admit this in company but my favourite of the three is the least flashy - the Zavvi lenticular if only because he's got all his fingers intact (lol).
