Not sure if I want to bother Tony as I'm sure his email is slammed, but here's my situation...

I ordered via Credit Card. Timed out on payment. Finally got "Payment Completed" popup but it 503 error'd to the next page.
My account says "Reciept of order" but I got a payment successful email from Paygate and there's a pending charge on my Credit Card.

You guys think I'm good? Need to worry? Haha, thanks for any advice!

I was on cellular link, had to act carefully. Happily, the connection was LTE. Put 2 + 1 in cart, process frozen at shipping options page. After reload cart empty, 1/4 is OOS.
Managed to put 2 lenti into cart, and complete checkout at 23:05:06. After paypal returned back to blank Kimchi page, but account shows payment completed.

Since you're in the US, I'd just let it go. It's quite a bit faster than K-Packet and with the holiday season starting there's going to be a marked increase in packages going on both internationally and domestically. I went with EMS on purpose because I'd rather not risk something happening with this release. EMS is actually a benefit for the US since usually (not always) it goes through customs faster. For the LA port my EMS orders tend to pass through same day vs K-Packet's 2-3 day hold.

It appears quite a few of us missed out in the UK, (As well as other locations of course) I had the 1/4 in my cart and k-packet selected and it was still 2pm, as soon as I selected paypal the server conveniently hung until 2.03pm then I got spat out lol. In my option, once you have a steelbook added to your cart, the order should be honored until you can complete your transaction. Bit like Amazon, then if you haven't completed in say, 10 mins the stock is reissued to be purchased, but I guess these are the words of a disappointed collector!

I don't know specifically if any came in stock BEFORE release date. I only said that because of their FB msg. But I do know couple of their release that came back in stock AFTER release.

I have no idea how I secured a copy. I wasn't planning on getting this because I figured I wouldn't get one with all the hype and people that wanted one.

I'm on the highway and took a look at the time and it was 8:50 am here on east coast NY. I figured I wouldn't make it. Fast forward to 8:59 I'm logging in to my computer at work and it's moving so damn slow and I finally get to Kimchi site and it wouldn't load at all! It was going so so slow. I saw both 1/4 slip and Lenti when the page loaded and then when I get to add to cart... 1/4 slip is gone. So I just got the Lenti and some how made it to check out, chose shipping and went into paypal to pay. I for sure thought I wasn't getting one and have no idea how I managed. The site definitely had an issue with loading and traffic...it was a pure madhouse!

When the payment page I choose to pay in baht (which is 2071.71฿) but in the comfirm mail it state 2071.71$. Hope it is just a mistake of typo. I think I will have to check with my bank tmrw. Thanks for the info

I too left the customs box as $25. I don't think the UK charges import tax for that amount.

I'd let it go. I did the same thing with "Her" and received it in 4 days. Most K-packet from Kimchi take 13-14 days for me.
Plus it might take a while for him to get to it with all of the ordering issues people are having.

It does, the UK limit is £15 which is about $24.08 using the current HMRC exchange rate so if they catch it you will be liable for VAT on the item AND the P&P
