At 2.02pm. Place order... boom... choose shipping POW! make payment...... WTF..... screen...froze and its sold out?!The wife runs upstairs " why you screaming baby?!"

I explain "my fingers where like this and that and this and like that and F5 wouldn't work baby!"

Its pure BS. Exactly what happened to me. Im not going to be bitter about it, but im sorry, this should have been 1 slip and one lenti per order anyway.

Congrats to Ebay and all of those that got a copy. Money saved I guess, just damn frustrating when you put in the effort and get zilch

I agree wholeheartedly.

I was there and logged into my Kimchi account long before 2pm. Got a slip in the cart and their server crashed - got the Apache message to boot. By the time it came back up there was only the lenti left; but while it was trying to get back in, I logged in again and got a lenti in the cart, only for their server to crash again. Then again, then again, then it was sorry can't process your order 'cause it's sold out!

But I am bitter!
I'm bitter because Kimchi's server isn't up to the job. And I'm bitter because they don't limit customers to one copy each.

Now I know the completists will come out and say tough, and too bad, etc. But frankly anyone who buys two lenticulars and a slip is just being greedy and selfish when numbers are so limited.
So, by all means come out and gloat; but those of us who don't do it are genuinely morally superior, sorry and all.

p.s. Oh yeah, and I'm fed up in advance for all the attitude I'm going to get for posting the truth!

I have one question, I have placed order on lenticular version, but at the end paypal payment page was loading a 3 minutes without success, after refreshing an error has occurred, then I could no longer make payments and all was OOS. Now my order is still on my kimchi account with status "Receipt of Order"
I emailed kimchi on order@ with a request for not delete the order and allowing payment. I know that in Korea it is sill a night so they do not respond quickly. What do you think that I would still be able to complete the order, or no chance for this and it will be canceled? Someone already had such a case in the past?

I believe you shpuld be good and I would get excited, lol. Just emailctony wih the paypal transaction number and he should be able to check that. It'll just be a while til he gets back to you most likely.

I haven't seen such bad feelings since Kimchi Thor.
There will be a surge in price on the bay for the first few weeks, then they will begin to settle.
There are nearly 4000 of these. Not 300. Not 500. Not 666. Not 700. Not 1000 or even 2500.
Most of them will appear on ebay at some time. Just find that time when there are loads of them listed, and take your pick.
Kimchi Thor was fetching £120. Then it dipped to £75-£80.
Now it's back to £100.
It applies to all Steels including Blufans. You could get a copy of WWZ for £40 including post. Now they are nearly £70.
Please stop this "must have" mentality. You only make matters worse.
IMO.

Sad to see so much negativity in this thread.

I've missed out on Kimchi's Thor 2, Frozen, and others before. Sometimes due to the server, sometimes to just bad luck, and sometimes to just not being fast enough. I've lost count of how many times a Mondo drop has gone out of stock while in my cart despite being there the second it went live and seeing it get listed on eBay for hundreds of dollars immediately afterwards. It sucks but that's just the nature of collecting things with such limited print runs.

Really sorry to those that missed out.

I paid by credit card and it initially timed out on the payment screen when I first tried to pay. I hit the back payment and did the payment again and this time it worked, but now I have been double charged as the first one went through even though it timed out. Sent an email to Tony.
