Hey Mate, I had the same problem on past play orders. All I had to do was to call play and then my credit card and it was also resolved swiftly. Just call them.

This must be the earliest Play have taken my money for a preorder, its usually the Wednesday before release when the money is taken and the item dispatched, the Monday processing must have taken a few by surprise, I hope everyone had funds available!

play better be using the padded boxes for these has i've just had 3 steels sent together in one standard cardboard packaging, no damage i can tell at the moment but i'm not happy and won't be if my IM1 & IM2 turn up like this.

I placed seperate orders for every steel so hope they will come in play's new bulletproof packaging

I think they will arrive together. Just because one says dispatched doesn't mean it actually is. The amount of time orders take to arrive, you know that it's not actually in the postal system when it says dispatched.
