We Just wanted to let you know we have discovered the booklet within the recent Jaws exclusive edition has an error and some of the pages have been printed in the wrong order. From Universal Pictures UK - we apologise for the printing error on the booklet for the Jaws 4K Zavvi exclusive Steelbook. We are currently re-printing the booklet and if you would like a replacement copy please send an email to UPHE.Trad@sonydadc.com with the subject ‘Jaws Replacement Booklet’.

Please include your full postal address and proof of purchase by the 31st August 2020 and we will send you a new booklet in the post.

I've been waiting since the 29th too. They've been getting regular messages from me and I've even told them that I've received tshirts that were order after the Jaws steelbook was dispatched.
Twice they've said they'd send out a replacement so I'm hoping that will get here (that's if they've got any that is).

I've received the following email from Zavvi after chasing them repeatedly.

"Thank you for getting in touch to ask about the estimated dispatch of Jaws - Zavvi Exclusive 4K Ultra HD Collector's Edition Steelbook (Includes 2D Blu-ray)

I am really sorry that this has not yet been dispatched. This is on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock.

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and following the prompts. Once your order has been sent you will receive an e-mail to tell you it is on its way.

If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help.

I contacted Zavvi several days ago about receiving mine damaged and haven’t heart back yet. Based on what all of you are writing it seems like even when they do get back to me they might not have a clear answer for me re. if and when a replacement might be available. Hopefully I can at least get a refund and then I will keep watching to see if the steelbook comes back in stock at Best Buy.

I totally understand that covid is causing problems with supply chains but maybe they should have pushed back the release date if they couldn’t fulfill all the orders. If some replacements have been sent and it’s true they have more replacements on special order then it stands to reason delaying the release would have given them time to at least fulfill everyone’s order.

That way instead of never receiving one you could’ve instead gotten it damaged in the flimsy jiffy mailer.

Zavvi issued me with a refund

I have the Film Arena FAC edition on order and I already have the HMV Cine Edition so I'm not that bothered now that Zavvi could not deliver my Order
Paul, I'm being nosy, did you get your FAC copy by GB, low FAC collectors number, or was you lucky enough at release on website? Thanks in advance...

So what are people including in their emails as their "proof of purchase" for the replacement booklet?
I copied and attached my order email from Zavvi. Thought if they need something else they will ask. From a cost point of view I would think as long as they have something cheaper and easier just to send it.

So did I, as HMV advised their customers this:
  • Please forward a copy of the confirmation email for your hmv order as proof of purchase
So I just assumed that for orders from Zavvi they would accept the Zavvi order confirmation email, which they did.

You'll still need to send off for the replacement booklet. They are all faulty

I got confirmation from Zavvi yesterday that they’ve processed my replacement request because the steelbook I received was really damaged. But they also told me there is currently no replacement stock and they can’t give a timetable on availability.

I’m in no rush so I don’t care if there is a wait. I’m just glad they’re making sure everyone whose steelbook got lost or is damaged gets a replacement.
