Pre-order items purchased using a credit card will incur a $1.00 pre-authorisation. The full amount will be taken from your card when the item is dispatched. Pre-order items purchased with a Gift card or PayPal will have payment taken in full at the time of purchase.

That's from their website. Did you pay by debit card or Paypal? Maybe that's why they charged you the full price.
Otherwise that probably shouldn't have happened. Contact them HERE if you need to.

Have their shipping costs gone higher since their webside upgrade (jbhifi)? 7,80 $ per item now. Wasn`t that different earlier and cheaper?
Can`t under stand their system anymore.
1 x Thor Steelbook, 1 x wolf Creek amaray, 1 x You`re next = 23,40 $ shipping
4 x Thor Steelbook = 12,80 $ shipping

JB normally packages items quite well. Depending on quantity, items arrived have been well padded and blemish free.
