Didn't watch it yet. Is it bad as a whole or it's kind of nice if accepted as a musical?

It's 'kind of nice' if you're a 90 year old great-grandmother that only watches 1930s and 1940s theater recordings, and loves it.

Tbh it wasn't as much of a musical as it was hyped up to be. There are a handful of songs, but they almost fit with the the film, as they're part of Arthur's imagination. The musical number's aren't what bothered me (or most people), it was the complete lack of plot that built to a pointless ending.
