Errm, it wasn't so bad. It was simple, and I enjoyed it more than Dominion - which to me was just like the rise of skywalker. An overdirected piece of fan service, that didn't actually service well, screamed of studio interference and multiple rewrites.

This was essentially Jurrasic Park 3 v2, and I think I preferred it to that as well. For me it goes JP, JW, LW, JW2, JW4, JP3, JW3.

My list ain’t too far from yours. I actually really enjoyed this film. Much better than JW3 & Dominion which I hate. Not big on fallen kingdom either (the 2nd half) and preferred this. Few silly moments (mainly the snickers bar. That infuriated me) but they all have silly moments…. Except the first. Which is a masterpiece

I was okay with JW2, well, the start in the park anyway. Jurrasic films work better in a park or island location imo, rather than open world. They all do have some dumb moments, some more than others. The first is just something else.

Yeah that’s what I mean everything in JW2 on the island is awesome. But hated the whole house part

joking aside, i did like the Spinosaurus. fwiw , i guess my order is 1/Jurassic Park, 2/The Lost World: Jurassic Park, 3/Jurassic World, 4/Jurassic Park: Dominion (ahead for OG cast nostalgia), 5/Jurassic World - Fallen Kingdom (because of that ending), 6/Jurassic Park 3 (even though William H Macy is also in it).

Raptor dream sequence, bird cage and Spinosaurus just standing there creepily staring at them at the end scenes aside it’s an awful film lol

ah, shoot, now that's not what you want on a 4k disc for a sold out steelbook. been a while since i've had artefacting on any release. have written to retailer (hmv, fyi) asking for a replacement disc.

Try a different HDMI lead first, Sometimes HDMI leads can cause this, If you are after just a disc replacement you usually will have to contact Universal direct as its a sold out steelbook.

thanks, mate. yes, did that, and also other 4k discs play fine; it's just this one that's off. noted, likely will do that once hmv reply.

Just order the amaray from them, switch the disc out and return the amaray with the faulty one. No guilt there, same retailer, disc and supplier. Same as is if there were a replacement available.

Oof! haven't checked my 4k disc, just the standard blu to watch the extras... Will have a look in case there's a dodgy batch.
