Loved the film when I first saw it. Having become a little history buff over the years it's insane how historically inaccuare it actually is and how it portrays the sides in a pretty warped way. Still going to try to get my hands on a copy though, the film has amazing visuals.
yeah, watched this again the other day, remains excellent , even if Orlando's big speech does not hit the Russell Crowe he was going for.

definitely one of those where the director's cut was actually needed. the theatrical cut (made by the studio to cut down the run time) butchers the main storyline to such an extent that it doesn't really make much sense and the narrative has huge jumps and off-camera omissions. the director's makes it a full three hours, but it's a much better film as a result.

Is this only going to be released in the US? No EU?

Also, am I the only one to think the mask in this artwork is different from the one in the film?

Yes, I know it's got the same design, it's just that the mouth seems different. Maybe it's just my impression
I think you are right, from what I see, I too consider being different:
- in the one from the screen-capture the mouth seems to be „sad”
- the one on the SteelBook seems to be like the mouth „bimbos” think is cool, some sort of „duck-beak”

EDIT: it also can be just the angle we see it...

Eyebrow ridges are at more of an angle, nose is thinner and longer, lips aren't flat on the bottom and shadows for the cheeks make the face look thinner.

You can see a highlight along the nose so presumably that at least. Whatever the case I'm glad it got some embossing, it's a pretty crappy design without any.
Agreed. A different kind of big head cover but still a big head cover.
Embossing makes it easier to stomach. (framing makes no sense though)

Nooo I hate frames on steelbooks :offtopic:
Why can't they just emboss instead of deboss, would look way better
Because there's no embossing on steelbooks, everything is actually debossed, and parts that aren't, look embossed, that's why you need the frame.
Only Metalpaks and ironpaks had actual embossing, and twice or three times as big.
Steelbook is the worst form of metal packaging I've always said, they've just been the biggest bullies.
