That’s no true. I bought this release from pung on preorder and paid almost exactly the same as I would have paid direct.
Obviously, once he has less and less copies his price would go up. It was that way always in his store. I remember buying BR2049 kimchi from him for $99 and thanking him for a great deal. I think it was 3 years ago.

His prices are always like those applied by retailers, or even lower. The problem is when something is OOS, in that case prices very likely go nuts. For example I'm looking for Paterson full slip and he has it... for 150$...

He’s just trying to be ahead of competition but also make as much money as he can. Can’t blame him for that. As long as his prices are the cheapest amongst everyone else I’m totally fine with that. Of course it’s just my personal opinion.
He always provides the one of the best services and usually has the best price on the marketplace.

Totally agreed. When the prices go crazy he often increases. Just trying to make what he can. Often others are much more expensive.
I thought it was interesting that his cheapest was the lenti, but then went up to become the most expensive.

The only other premium I’ve had this year is weet endgame which I also think is a blinder. The Thanos slip is amazing and the steel is much better than their Infinity war.
But this steel is hands down the best steel I’ve seen released in 2021 so far and the slip is exactly how I envisioned it. My kind of finish. Looks class In hand

Oh no quarrel over the steel, it does look very nice indeed. I was specifically talking about the finish on both fullslips. They're not bad, but I thought they'd put in a little more work and emboss a lot more elements.

Was that parasite edition supposed to be premium?

I like blufans homecoming but the PQ of the front steel isn’t great. Back is fine but overall could of been better. Which makes this steel better than the Blu fans homecoming steel. And the slips are ok. The lentis are fine but the full slip has no special finish. Just gloss with a embossed title so again this ana slip beats the blufans homecoming full slip by a land slide in terms of finish and quality (I can’t comment on the knives Out white slip, I’ve barely seen any pics but the Ana slip has a great finish). Weets endgame Thanos slip is also miles better than the blufans homecoming full slip. Another landslide

yeah, parasite was a premium. Excellent steel but the white slip is just rubbish. I know some on here like the zero finish lackster slip but I don’t get it at all. Looks crap and don’t feel premium one bit

This (ana) slip is no different to the finishes the On have done for previous editions and I own all their steels with full slips. But again I can’t comment on the white slip. I’ve not been on here much the past month and missed a lot of pics.

•Parasite - no finish on the white slip
•Blu fans spidey - full slip is just basic gloss and embossed title - Pretty boring compared to the finish on the ana slip
•weet endgame - can’t fault the Thanos slip and steel
•knives out - Which is perfect imo like weets endgame

I have the pink FDTD full slip and it’s ok, they gave Salma a weird UV hint that looks misty. For me it has nothing on the Ana slip for this

Yeah I was really disappointed with the spidey blufans FS. I wanted some Beauty and the beast style FS finish. I love the art they used but the finish is boring.

im not talking about the lentis though. We’re on about FS finishes. That includes the back of a single lenti but I’m on about FS from the On. The spidey blufans lentis are fantastic. Especially the DL. But they don’t have finishes, I’m on about full slips. I’ve not seen any zeta finishes this year. Didn’t even realise they released anything this year. I’m only interested in their WEAs anyway.


Yeah 1917 FS is nice, not the best but it’s turned out ok. But I don’t own that and I was talking about my favourites of the year so far that I own. You say you like that finish because it’s simple but so is ana knives out. Simple but effective. It has that lovely soft matte background, spot glossed ana and spot glossed hot pink title (which is epic), spot glossing on the back And even the holofoil on the glass like what the 1917 has. Fantastic finish

I’ve not seen the FAC casino full slip. I pay zero attention to FAC anyway plus I didn’t know it existed. but yeah so far for me blufans spidey DL is the best lenti I’ve seen but it’s also only one of two lentis from this year I own. The other being blufans soidey single lenti haha. But it’s not as good as the DL

I understand what you're saying about the BF Spiderman FS. But please explain how that one is boring and Ana's slip for Knives Out wins by a landslide? It's the same basic embossing. Nice, nothing wrong with it, but we know both companies are capable of more, so we expect more. Is Kimchi's better because they did both the title AND the character? Is that a landslide? Why weren't you expecting some more intricate embossing on the background, that wallpaper was screaming for it. Or something on the desk behind her, or the rug...

Again, nothing wrong with it, I like it enough, but that's just it, they could have killed it and they settled with a much more obvious choice of art than Spidey was for blufans.

it wins a landslide imo compared to blufans spidey FS because it’s just one finish with small embossing. Pretty boring. Ana knives out has 4 different things going on compared to it (soft matte, spot gloss, embossing and UV/ holofoil) And it just looks better with the bright glossy pink title so it wins hands down (for me) however I do agree, I did think the wallpaper would have a finish to it because of the style of the pattern and what the On usually attempt. I was surprised it didn’t have that. But then I also got bored of the Ons similar attempts each time. Only really the nice guys yellow FS has wowed me before. I’m not even that massive on the pans labyrinth full slip and dusk till dawn and Jackie browns are too samey. But this slip also reminds me of plain archives train to Busan with similar finish (with the animated back art) and it’s one of my favourites. Same finish except the UV/ holofoil.

anyway it don’t matter. Like everything some will like it and some won’t. But I can see a lot agreeing that so far the steel is one of the best this year, we’ve both already mentioned that anyway.

oh I checked the poll thread. Pleasantly surprised. I don’t think mantas Dunkirk should of been in it but everything else is worthy imo

Got my copy of Full Slip A2 in the morning. I'm happy with it, despite the fact the slip should have received more treatment than just the letters, the frame, and the magnifying glass. But these treatments are done nicely. Can't wait to unseal it (maybe on the weekend). Until then, here're some pics of the sealed slip:
