such a shame there is so much red on this it would have been better to have a contrast or mix of main colours no idea why it looks like it’s drenched in red .disk art looks good

I no longer have a Zavvi account (yes I posted about it), so looks like i'll have to get from Ebay or a trade
At least then I have a chance of it being mint..
Rambo First Blood boxes were shipped wrapped in some kind of perforated paper, in its own special box, with crumpled paper around it, so pretty good.

Yes.
But there are reports that the Zavvi shipping to other parts of the world should return sometime between now and the end of April.
fingers crossed this is true.
I don't think there are, not from any official sources anyway, it's just wishful thinking. As far as zavvi communications are concerned international shipping has ceased.

From Collector's Junkies website:
"After consultation with Zavvi, we were able to confirm that this is only a temporary condition and that they are working on making sure that films can be ordered again as usual. We were not given a specific date, but a period between March and April 2023."

Yeah I wouldn't really say that's a very reliable source tbh. So probably best not to put too much salt in it and wait and see.

The term "a consultation with zavvi" also sounds ridiculous, and screams of someone trying to make something generic sound more official that it is.

If you're asking a question over twitter, call it what it is. It's not like you're booking an appointment to get your tits sized up

For those based in Republic of Ireland
You can use An Post AddressPal service
Parcels are delivered to your home delivery address

For retailers that don't ship direct outside UK/USA

AddressPal
You will have Ireland 23% Vat payment to be paid on UK/USA imports
You pay the Vat online with An Post
You get a email when AddressPal received the Parcel letting you know how much Vat has to be paid + An Post €3.50 handling fee

Great information. This is something we need to look into so we can use for the ones outside the UK territory.

Note AddressPal
Is for Republic of Ireland delivery address only
It can end up very expensive ordering from UK retailers that don't ship outside UK

UK orders are shipped to your virtual UK Address
AddressPal UK then ship to Ireland and then delivered by An Post to your home delivery address.

UK retailers 20% vat is included in purchase with a UK delivery address

So you will end up paying both UK 20% Vat and Republic of Ireland 23% Vat on parcels
AddressPal UK are not allowed refund UK Vat for customers in Republic of Ireland as item was originally shipped by the retailer to a UK delivery address
If you are a vat registered businnes outside UK you might be able to claim UK Vat back from HM Revenue and Customs in UK but does not apply for goods and services used for non-business activities as in personal use

AddressPal
Items Shipped from UK
Total Cost of item ordered from retailer at checkout (Item ordered + shipping) + AddressPal fee €6.50 + €3.50 An Post fee + 23% Irish Vat

Items shipped from USA
Total Cost of item ordered from retailer at checkout (Item ordered + shipping) + AddressPal Fee €15.00 + €3.50 An Post Fee + 23% Irish Vat

Example ordering a HMV SteelBook that's £29.99 (UK Vat is included in price)
It will end up costing you over €50

Sometimes the value of goods AddressPal UK list on Customs Label not always accurate can be less or more than what you paid retailer
When value of goods listed is wrong as in more than what you paid retailer you still have to pay the customs charges revenue request you pay even if wrong to get delivery.
You contact revenue after you got delivery for any mistakes on goods value listed in customs declaration.
Revenue will then refund you the difference if goods value was listed wrong if you provide copy of order invoice from retailer.

If you query customs declaration details before you pay this can result in delays or not be delivered.
Best to just pay and then query revenue the customs declaration after you got delivery and get a refund if it's required.

If you choose not to pay customs charges, your item cannot be delivered. An Post cannot return AddressPal items and where customs charges are rejected, items may be disposed of.
