The Special code was in the Rambo Deluxe edition. You had to work it out from several hidden clues in each of the art cards.

Glad they are shipping to the US again, but wish I could order in GBP on the Zavvi UK site. At the current exchange rate, the deluxe edition is less than $123 USD, but had to pay $140. My bank only charges a 1% fee for foreign currency, so overpaid by at least $15 USD.

Actually, it appears that only these Leon editions are available to ship to the US and a few other items.
