Kill list (2011)

Decent Severin 4K release. Excellent UK occult movie with hints of The wicker man. When it gets violent, IT GETS VIOLENT!!! Some grim content
implied child porn, death by hammer,
but up there as one of the best British horrors in recent years. The storyline's quite ambiguous
the hitmen appear to have f#cked up in the past hence them now paying the price but the viewer's never given the actual details of what happened
which adds to the mystery. Highly recommended.

This is outstanding in 4K!!
The colour palette is gorgeous, plus it was shot on 35mm film so you get the occasional imperfections that you don't get in digitally shot movies.
Whilst the twist isn't too intricate and becomes apparent way before the ending, the motive behind the serial killers actions and the explanation at a later point are a very nice touch.
Beautifully shot, skillfully directed, highly recommended.
