Are you able to push it out from the inside?

I worked on two corner squashes over the course of a few weeks using the bottom of a round ended chopstick from the inside of the slip.
Sounds ludicrous but it worked and cleared most of the collapsed corners. You can barely notice it now. In fact you really couldn't tell and let me tell you, they were awful. Trick was not to overdo and take a few minutes every few days.
 
Zavvi sent an automated notice of 'having a delay with dispatching' these. :shipped:

did not receive those kind of message but I sent a message with their form !

Have they taken payment and is it listing as dispatched? Also who did you order with.

For zavvi at least they won't do anything until it's been 2 weeks since payment taken.

So if payment is taken and dispatched but you're still waiting on tracking to say something. You should be fine and your order should be in a box waiting to be picked up.

Hello,

I checked .... Last Night in Soho, has been paid , can see the transaction on 2nd December with Paypal .... and it is also listing as "dispatched" on Zavvi !

And when I click on "Track order" , I got a Fedex page saying ... and no more since this date, and Zavvi does not answer to my messages.

That's weird because another order "Interstellar" has been dispatched on Zavvi at the same date , and almost arrived in France, with status updated step by step.

So I'm worry for "Last Night In Soho", when I checked price on ebay .... that's too expensive for me. If you got any idea, I'd really appreciate your help.

Just got an answer from Zavvi .... they check with the carrier and my order is lost .... and they want to make a replacement order ... what a bunch of **********

I'm furious, because how did they loose a package while the edition is sold out !!!!!

If you have an idea, please help me .... I'd appreciate .... thank you.

You just said they are making a replacement order for you so it’s all good.

Even though it’s sold out they hold some back for replacements

actually the person made a request for a replacement, that does not mean if he checked about the product stock .... here what he said :

I have requested a replacement package to be sent to you and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been shipped. Please refer to the confirmation email for estimated delivery times.

I really did not knew they kept some stock for this issue. So now I'm waiting for their email.

Usually when things have been sold out they have offered me a partial refund. But that's for damaged items. If they didn't have any stock they probably would have refunded. But don't hold me to that.

That's a jerk around answer. I do not believe a single word whichever monkey copy pastes the replies there. Once they stringed me along with a similar case for half a year, going through all these lost/replacement/waiting for stock/moving warehouse/refunding steps in a circle and random order, eventually even denying they charged me at all, short of saying the earth's flat and we're all in a simulation or something.
You'll either eventually receive that first package, or nothing, a refund.

I received an email as usual when a item is dispatched ... but the replacement order does not appear in my order history on ZAVVI , does it seem normal to you please ?

And you're right .... very lucky for this time .... I could not believe it when I read the email !
That's normal. You should still het tracking via email though.

You‘re not alone @vinny … My shipment got lost in transit, too.

I received the same ‚copy and paste’ answer from Zavvi. No replacement shipment yet.

new episode with my story .... just clicked on tracking for my original order .... here a Christmas miracle .... just hope the original order is not destroyed !
and it's fun, Zavvi told me carrier has lost the package but now tracking has been updated
