My name wasn't on the initial list of tracking numbers and I never received a tracking number at all regarding my order.

Thanks Tokaman, I hope you're right. My concern is that I have a tracking number but it's implying that my box set has disappeared somewhere in Heathrow's sorting office - almost like its confirming that it's lost.
