it's a separate item on my credit card statement next to the £47.64. It's the usual non-sterling transaction fee for buying in another currency. Normally I choose to pay in the native currency and eat the fee as you don't get screwed on the merchant's exchange rate so it works out better. Not that we were given a choice in this case...

Mine was paid via debit card so no extra fee as in your case.

In my case I was charged 58.08€ here in France, total price was also ￥388.00, so the amount I paid increased the price to ￥440.00 (+7€/13.5%).... it's a lot for just a bank commission.

I remember making the selection to see the prices in dollars on the website and then I forgot to change it back to Yuan when I submitted my purchase.
I made a calculation of my transaction later and it looks like I paid 8.4% for currency conversion.The freaking bankers strike again.

my HdZeta order history shows a total amount of 734¥
my creditcard was charged for 799,03¥ (+9%)

this is a No-Go!

on top of that, hackers propably have my visa and mastercard Information.

I Love Hdzetas work (with a few exceptions e.g. the Sticker fail) but i'll think twice befor ordering from their shop again.

I really hope this gets sorted out.

Thats the problem..
It wouldnt have made a difference to change it back to ¥.
You would pay in ¥ but still pay the 9% extra.

Ordered directly from the website and my credit card has been charged already. I did not receive an order or shipment notification yet. I wonder when they will start shipping and if they will email the tracking #. Product listing has been removed from the website.

CNY 873,26 instead of billed 801,- (for L.A. Conf. Box)
and the funny thing is, same day I got confirmation eMail about Ray-Ban sunglasses from an unknown company
(I ignored and erased it unfortunality same day) ...and got 5 sunglasses (fake) from china weeks later....
and VISA charged me CNY 794,69 from company KATHYSSHOP HANGZOUU (China) same day as they charged me amount
for HDzeta.
I never paid something with VISA before in china and I never ordered sunglasses somewhere offcourse...
Anyone got the same pleasure?
