For me it wasn't "bad", it was just super bland. Like you gave chatgp a few plot points and told it to create the whole script.

It wasn't that it's bad, just that it's average, probably because it's not filled with puke inducing, constant mind-numbing epileptic action, and 'general audience' became desensitized like after watching hardcore porn for 3 hours straight (not that I did, I'm just extrapolating).
But I'd say Blue Beetle was even worse at being too late, too repetitive, than Madame Web.
