So how many times is this wrapped?
As I see it its shrink wrap and under it the tip-on an the sealed slip, shrink wrap on the slip and the shrink wrap on the steel, right? And the stickers are on the first wrapping

your right I think, but I haven't opened mine yet :naughty: but I'm sure the steel has wrap, then the slip, but then the tip-on is under the poly bag with the sticker stuck on that. I am assuming this was a last minute decision to use the poly bag over the tip-on as they did not have time to organise another shrink wrap over the tip-on.

Well, I had a replay whereby they tried to palm me off with a replacement when I order again in the future which is clearly not good enough as that could be months away, and the steelbook could be sold out by then. I fired back an angry reply saying that this "solution" wasn't good enough and they have now agreed to send me out a replacement. To those keeping theirs sealed, I shudder to think what lurks beneath.

Just some more feedback for Manta @Aniv , as stated by some members above, a little work on QC is needed on the steels for example my steelbook inside my fullslip is sratched, chipped and dented (see pics below). I am not majorly concerned as I got the 1-click and I am hoping that the others are not like this but do not intend to open them :OMG::ohno:, and to send this one back and get a completely different number would defeat the purpose of the 1-click, otherwise I would have to send the entire 1-click back to get all the same numbers again which is a major hassle and probably not possible.

Also as you can see from the pics below that the height of the fullslip is 2-3mm bigger than an average fullslip which fits inside a SCF2 protector. It can fit inside an SCF4 but as you can see this protector is also wider meaning you get spare space inside.

Got my full slip today. Awesome package overall and Manta have done a stellar job for their first release.

However, I do have some production damage/defects on the steelbook but I'll discuss this with @Aniv when he's back off holiday

Wondering if I gonna have the same issue with damaged steels. If so, it might be the first and last steelbook I'll buy from them! Don't want to pay this much money for damaged goods....

There will always be damaged steels at one point or the other. What matters is how the retailer handles it. If you find out that yours have damages, contact the GB host if you took part in the GB or the retailer if you bought from them directly.

I have a question. I received the steelbook this week. But the steelbook is like curved. I took a video for a better understanding.

So I write to Manta for a replacement. They told me "The reason why it creates that noise when you click on the case is because the embossed area on the case is right in the middle and when the case is embossed, it sticks out more than the rest of the area of the case. Therefore, when you press on that area of the case, it will make the click sound. It's not a defect and it's natural to make a sound with such a large area embossed on the case."

Before I answer, I want to be sure. None of your steelbook make that noise right ? There is a default on mine, not "natural" ?

What site are people using to track their orders?
i went to www.hongkongpost.hk and put your tracking number in then enter a random code then will take you to the mail tracking and then click on great britain-speedpost/parcel and this will take you parcelforce then enter the tracking number there should tell you what is going on or you could just go to parcelforce save the first part lol !

That sound is normal and can be heard on any SteelBook with embossing when you press in the middle.

I have the same on my It Follows steel from Kimchi. Like @Apollon said, I presume it's normal and wouldn't categorize it as a 'defect'. As long as the steel is mint, be happy :D

Yep, it's very common and considered "normal" for steels with heavy embossing. My copy does the same... along with a few other steels I own. Nothing to worry about! :)

Oh and damage. Also got the same marks on the back at the top

It's like the paint or gloss wasn't applied properly

I've already spoken to manta to sort it, plus I passed feedback about the sticker on the poly bag and maybe putting it somewhere else

Also poly bag isn't great so I cut around the sticker and chucked the bag. It's in a new clearer one
